Payments Accepted:
Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit Card Declines: If your credit card is declined, you will be notified via email or by telephone. If we do not receive a response from you within 10 days, your order will be canceled and items will be returned back to the stock.
Personal Check: If you wish to pay by personal check, we request you send it by mail, allowing several days for the bank check verification process. Please include your day time phone or cell phone number. To expedite your order, please pay by credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
Purchase Orders: Orders must include school authorized Purchase Orders. All Purchase Orders must be faxed or mailed to us.

Pricing on this Website:
The prices on this website are up to 35% below suggested retail prices. In the event of price changes by our suppliers, we may deem it necessary to adjust prices accordingly. Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.

Group Orders and Volume Discounts:
We do accept group orders and we offer a fantastic volume discount! Orders that total $500.00-$1,000.00 receive a 7% discount before shipping, handling and taxes if they apply. For orders that total 1,001.00 and up, you will receive a 10% discount before shipping, handling and taxes if they apply.

Stock Availability:
Our website does not offer stock availability. If an order is urgent and you wish to check the stock on a particular item, please call our toll free number at 1-800-787-0887. When you place an order on our website, and a particular item is out of stock we will notify you of this via email.

Back-Ordered Items:
We will notify you via email or by way of a telephone call if an item is currently out of stock.

At this time we only ship within the United States, no International Shipping is Available.

Our Return Policy:
Returns on website items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchanges or refunds. For exchanges, there is an exchange fee of $6.00 and a $5.50 reshipment fee. All refunds for merchandise only, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. No additional items may be added to an exchange order without additional shipping charges. **PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO TIGHTS, CHILDRENS, WOMENS OR MENS TIGHTS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED DUE TO FEDERAL LAWS**

Conditions of Returns:

Returns must be paid in full on postage.
Returns must be new and in original packaging with tags still attached to garment or shoes.
All tights, sale items and undergarments are a final sale and cannot be returned.
Shoe boxes must be undamaged. Shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box, as we will refuse the exchange or refund.
You must advise us as to what you want done with your returned items. Please fill out the return/exchange form in detail and include it in your package that is to be sent back.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return all merchandise that is needed for a refund or exchange.
